All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Exceptions
We will make an exception if a product arrives so damaged during transit that it is not consumable. Customers must contact us at hello@drinkkavi.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging. If the damage is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, either replace the product or issue a refund for the affected items.
Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the safety or consumability of the product does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with the customer to provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
In the event of a material shipping delay, customers may request a refund if they no longer wish to wait for fulfillment.
Additional Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Orders that are refused or returned to sender are not eligible for a refund.
Individual experiences, sensitivities, and personal preferences vary. As a result, refunds are not offered based on personal taste or individual response.
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly with any issues before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
